NBA Fines Jokic, Randle After Game 4 Clash

The NBA has fined Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic $50,000 and Minnesota Timberwolves forward Julius Randle $35,000 following a heated altercation at the end of Game 4 of their playoff series.

The incident occurred in the final seconds of the game, with the Timberwolves leading by a comfortable margin. Minnesota guard Jaden McDaniels drove for a layup with 2.1 seconds remaining, a move the Nuggets deemed unsportsmanlike. This sparked a confrontation that escalated quickly.

According to the NBA, Jokic initiated the contact by shoving McDaniels. Randle then joined the fray, pushing Nuggets guard-forward Bruce Brown. Both Jokic and Randle were assessed technical fouls and ejected from the game.
