Pampanga Aeta Scholar Achieves Milestone by Passing Medical Technologist Licensure Examination

Popatco earned his Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the College of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Pampanga, completing his degree under the Educational Financial Assistance Program (EFAP) administered by the provincial government. This program provided comprehensive support, including a ₱10,000 financial assistance each semester, full coverage of tuition fees, and dormitory expenses, ensuring that financial barriers did not hinder his academic pursuits.
