Actresses Rhian Ramos and Michelle Dee Confront NBI Assault Allegations from Personal Driver

In a shocking development in the Philippine entertainment industry, prominent actresses Rhian Ramos and Michelle Dee, alongside beauty queen-politician Samantha Panlilio, are facing a formal complaint for alleged assault and torture filed with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). The complaint stems from an incident reported by Ramos's personal driver, who claims he was brutally attacked at the actress's residence.

Details of the Alleged Assault Incident

According to the driver's account, the incident occurred on January 17, 2026, at Ramos's home located on the 39th floor of a residential complex in Makati. The driver stated that after returning from a taping session with Ramos, he was allegedly assaulted by the actress's bodyguards. In a desperate attempt to escape, he tried to take his own life by jumping but became entangled in cables, landing on the 25th floor. Upon being discovered again by the bodyguards, he was forcibly returned to the 39th floor.

It was at this point that Michelle Dee and Samantha Panlilio reportedly arrived at the scene. The driver alleges that Dee disrobed and coerced him into touching intimate parts of her body, while also pouring an intoxicating alcoholic beverage on him. Furthermore, he claims that the bodyguards continued to beat him and forced him to drink urine, adding to the severity of the alleged torture.

Legal and Custodial Developments

Currently, the victim is under the custody of the Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC), an organization known for advocating justice in such cases. This complaint adds to a prior legal entanglement involving Michelle Dee, who had previously filed a theft case against the same driver. That case, which involved allegations of stolen photographs from an ampao, led to the driver's detention in Makati City jail for three days before being dismissed by the Makati City Prosecutors Office.

The NBI is now investigating these serious allegations, which could have significant implications for the careers and public images of those involved. As the case unfolds, it highlights ongoing concerns about abuse and accountability within high-profile circles in the Philippines.
