The event, held at the Cebu City Sports Center on January 19, 2026, saw these two contingents capture the most coveted awards and the lion's share of cash prizes across multiple competitive categories.
Street Dancing and Ritual Showdown Champions
In the fiercely contested street dancing category, Toledo City emerged as the undisputed champion, taking home the top prize of P1 million. They were followed by Carcar City in second place with P700,000, and the Province of Cotabato in third, winning P500,000. Lumad Basakanon and Hudyaka sa Bais secured fourth and fifth places, respectively.
The ritual showdowns were split into two main brackets. For the Sinulog-based ritual, Tagbilaran City claimed the championship and the massive P3 million prize. Dumanjug finished second (P2 million), with Carcar City taking third (P1.5 million). In the Free Interpretation ritual category, Toledo City again rose to the top, winning another P3 million. The Province of Cotabato was second (P2 million), and Hudyaka sa Bais third (P1.5 million).
Mastery in Musicality and Costume
The competition for best musicality also highlighted the winners' all-around excellence. Tagbilaran City dominated the Sinulog-based musicality category. Meanwhile, Toledo City proved its versatility by winning the Best in Musicality title for the Free Interpretation category.
When it came to visual spectacle, Banay Labangon won Best in Costume for the Sinulog-based category, earning P100,000. Not to be outdone, Toledo City also clinched the Best in Costume award for Free Interpretation, adding another P100,000 to its total haul.
