Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson has issued a heartfelt appeal to concerned authorities and maritime stakeholders, urging them to continue and intensify search and rescue operations for the missing seafarers from the MV Devon Bay incident. He noted that of the 21 crew members on board the MV Devon Bay, 15 were successfully rescued, two were confirmed dead, and four, including Captain Jucal and Jejanfer Marfa, are still missing.
