The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) confirmed that 865 passengers, truck drivers, and cargo helpers remain stranded at various ports across the country due to adverse weather conditions caused by Typhoon Inday. The stranded individuals include those in Southern Tagalog, North Western Luzon, Southern Visayas, BARMM, Palawan, North Eastern Luzon, Central Visayas, Western Visayas, and Bicol Region.

In Southern Tagalog, 263 passengers and 28 rolling cargoes were unable to travel, while 114 vessels and 118 motorbancas took temporary shelter. North Western Luzon saw 20 vessels seeking shelter at ports. In Southern Visayas, 9 rolling cargoes were stranded and 2 vessels took shelter. The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) recorded 220 passengers and 1 vessel stranded at Bongao Pier. Palawan reported 57 passengers, 7 rolling cargoes, and 4 vessels unable to depart, with 1 vessel taking temporary shelter.
