Bagyong Inday has exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) as of July 11, 2026, according to the latest bulletin from state weather bureau PAGASA. The tropical cyclone was last spotted 590 kilometers northeast of Itbayat, Batanes, moving north-northwest at 20 kilometers per hour.

Inday carries maximum sustained winds of 140 kilometers per hour near the center and gusts of up to 170 kilometers per hour. Despite being outside PAR, Signal No. 1 remains raised over Batanes due to the continued effects of strong winds and rain.
