A Nail-Biting First Half Sets the Stage

The game began with intense competition, as both teams fought fiercely in the first two quarters. At halftime, the Stallions held a narrow lead of 36-34, keeping spectators on the edge of their seats. The closely contested battle showcased the skill and determination of both squads, with neither side willing to give an inch.

Second-Half Surge Seals the Win

However, the momentum shifted dramatically in the second half. Led by standout player Ricofer Sordilla, the Webmasters launched a powerful offensive surge that completely changed the course of the game. They took control early in the third quarter and maintained their dominance until the final buzzer.

A decisive 16-2 run by the Webmasters allowed them to build their largest lead of the game, reaching 75-53 with just three minutes remaining. This commanding advantage made the outcome clear to the audience, who gradually began to exit the venue as the clock wound down.

Overall, the Webmasters dominated the second half, outscoring the Stallions 42-23, which proved to be the key factor in their championship victory.

On the opposing side, the Stallions were led by John Rodulfa, who scored a game-high 20 points. Keith Marquez and Jimz Lulab each added 10 points, but their combined efforts were not enough to overcome the Webmasters' second-half surge.

This victory marks a significant achievement for the UC Webmasters, highlighting their resilience and teamwork in a competitive tournament setting.
