Mexican superstar Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez has dismissed the upcoming rematch between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, scheduled for September 26, 2026, in Las Vegas.
Alvarez's Displeasure with the First Fight
Alvarez stated that he did not enjoy their first bout in 2015, which Mayweather won by unanimous decision. He believes the second fight will be even less enjoyable.
Alvarez's Statement
"I cannot tell anything about it. I didn't enjoy the first one. So we are going to see in the second one, how worse," Alvarez said, as quoted by Boxingscene.com.
