Secondary Division matches are scheduled to begin on March 14 at the University of Mindanao (UM) Matina gym, following the elementary division games. Mongao highlighted that this year's tournament introduces a brand-new Elementary Division, designed to deliver more competitive and high-quality matches from the ground up.
