Leading the impressive list of winners was acclaimed actor Dennis Trillo. He was named Movie Actor of the Year for his powerful role in the film "Green Bones." The movie itself was a significant award-getter, with National Artist for Broadcast and Film Ricky Lee and Anj Atienza winning Movie Screenwriter of the Year for their work on the same project.
The success of "Green Bones" extended to the editing room, as Benjamin Tolentino earned the Movie Editor of the Year award. Meanwhile, emerging talent Will Ashley from Sparkle GMA Artist Center was recognized as the New Movie Actor of the Year for his performance in "Balota."
