Her character was forged in the humble setting of her Lola Belen's sari-sari store, where she learned the values of perseverance, honesty, and hard work by helping count candies and give change to customers. This upbringing taught her to value every centavo, driving her to work various jobs—from runway modeling to event ushering in Davao City—to support herself and her grandmother and put herself through a Tourism degree.
Today, she is a cabin crew member for the country's flag carrier, but her heart remains firmly with her homeland. She creatively promotes the Davao Region, recently sharing a tourism video on Instagram that showcases the food, destinations, and culture of all five Davao provinces.
