“Many have said that if it were up to them, they would not run, but because of the clamor and their desire to serve, they change their minds,” Vice Ganda explained. He added that the decision to run for president is “not just a decision for yourself,” which is why many people reconsider when they realize it is not solely about them.

Vice Ganda is not the only one showing support for Robredo. According to showbiz insider Ogie Diaz, support for the politician continues to rise, especially after she topped several surveys. “She continues to rise in surveys, which means that the number of people who believe in her is increasing, aside from her solid supporters,” Diaz said in a Facebook post.
Meanwhile, actress Rica Peralejo expressed her delight that Robredo is able to fulfill her duties in a position where she is truly respected and valued. She explained, “Even though I once wanted her to be president, I know it is difficult to do it well when the citizens themselves bring her down because of fake news and politicking.”
