The Philippine Army's 1103rd Infantry Brigade, in close coordination with the Ministry of Interior and Local Government in Sulu (MILG-Sulu), has successfully distributed the second installment of livelihood assistance under a key government program. On Thursday, December 18, 2025, a total of 44 beneficiaries received the second tranche of aid from Project Tulong ng Gobyernong Nagmamalasakit (TUGON). The awarding ceremony was held at the Capitol Site in Bangkal village, located within the town of Patikul, Sulu. MILG-Sulu Director Emini Kadiri personally led the distribution of the assistance.
