The company has taken over local water distributor Bantayan Resource Management and Development Corp., commonly known as Bremandcor, in a move designed to deliver more reliable and integrated utility solutions to the island's residents.
Full Ownership and Operational Control Secured
Through its parent company, Vivant Infracore Holdings Inc., Vivant Water has now secured full ownership and operational control of Bremandcor. This acquisition enables the company to directly manage service delivery, undertake critical infrastructure upgrades, and enhance overall system efficiency across the entire municipality. By taking charge of operations, Vivant aims to address long-standing challenges related to water access in this geographically constrained island community.
