Beyond the drug war, PRO 7 units were active on other fronts. Their manhunt operations resulted in the capture of 51 wanted persons. Among those apprehended, 14 were listed on the police's most wanted list.

The campaign against loose firearms was equally vigorous. Police arrested 25 suspects and took custody of:

Sustained Operations Beyond the Holidays

Police Brigadier General Redrico Maranan, the chief of PRO 7, assured the public that the intensified campaign against criminality will not wane after the holidays. He emphasized that this proactive stance is part of the police force's preparation for major upcoming events in Central Visayas.

The region is gearing up for the grand Sinulog Festival and the high-profile ASEAN Summit, both requiring robust security measures. General Maranan's statement underscores the police's commitment to maintaining peace and order, ensuring these events proceed safely for residents and visitors alike.
