Cunningham and Harris Lead the Way

The Pistons, who finished as the East's No. 1 seed after the regular season, leaned heavily on Cade Cunningham and Tobias Harris to complete this difficult mission, propelling them to the conference semifinals for the first time since 2008.

Cunningham, a two-time All-Star, posted 32 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Pistons, while Harris contributed 30 points and nine rebounds. Reserve player Daniss Jenkins added 16 points, and Jalen Duren chipped in 15 points and 15 rebounds.

Magic's Banchero Shines in Loss

The Magic were led by Paolo Banchero, who scored a game-high 38 points, while Desmond Bane added 16 points. This marks the second time the Magic have squandered a 3-1 lead in a series against the Pistons, the first being in 2003.

Cavaliers Also Win Game 7

In the other game, Jarrett Allen and Donovan Mitchell each scored 22 points to lead the Cavaliers past the Raptors. The Cavaliers ignited their offense in the third quarter to open a large lead en route to victory, receiving 18 points from James Harden and 13 each from Sam Merrill and Evan Mobley.

The Raptors were led by Scottie Barnes with 24 points, while RJ Barrett added 23 points.
