CIDG asks DOJ for lookout bulletin in Ateneo drownings

The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) has requested the Department of Justice (DOJ) to issue an immigration lookout bulletin against several persons of interest in connection with the drowning deaths of two Ateneo de Manila University students.

CIDG Director Maj. Gen. Robert Alexander Morico II stated that with an immigration lookout bulletin, the DOJ would direct the Bureau of Immigration to monitor certain individuals. He added that one of the persons of interest is a foreign national, making the lookout bulletin necessary.

Rene Baterbonia and Divine Adili died while attending a team-building activity at a beach resort in Dipaculao, Aurora last Monday.
