Major Operation Nets Top Fugitives

Conducted from November 1 to November 15, 2025, the coordinated manhunt led to the capture of one national most wanted person (MWP) and eight regional most wanted persons. Police Brigadier General Josefino Ligan, the director of PRO 6, stated that the operation was executed by various provincial and city police units. He highlighted that this initiative is a key part of the region's ongoing commitment to bolster public safety and ensure robust law enforcement.

"The success of this operation reflects the steadfast dedication and professionalism of our personnel in ensuring that wanted individuals are brought to justice," General Ligan said. He also placed significant emphasis on the vital role played by the community, noting that timely information and cooperation from the public were instrumental in achieving these results.
