Initial Investigation

According to initial investigation, Jacky became angry when she found Makoy eating outside her gate and leaving his trash behind. When Jacky confronted Makoy, he allegedly became angry and threatened, "I will kill you," prompting the victim to call the police.

On Makoy's side, he claimed he did not threaten the victim, as he was only eating outside the gate but was unaware that it was prohibited. He explained that he ate there because the place where he bought his food was too crowded. He said Jacky suddenly came out and videotaped him, shoving the camera in his face. Startled, he spilled his food.

The suspect defended himself, saying he did not utter any bad words and is willing to have the CCTV or the victim's video reviewed.

Even though he apologized for a mistake he claimed he did not commit, the woman still had him imprisoned. The victim is known in the area as very strict and has had many conflicts.

Charges

The suspect may face charges of Unjust Vexation and Grave Threats.
