In a significant move to bolster community development and peace-building efforts, the 11th Infantry Division (11ID) of the Philippine Army and the Sulu State College (SSC) have officially cemented a stronger institutional partnership. The agreement was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Partnership Agreement (MOPA) on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
