The Public Transportation and Regulatory Office (PTRO) of Angeles City has organized a significant consultative meeting and public forum, bringing together the Federation of Tricycle Drivers and Operators (FEDTODA) and Councilor Raco Del Rosario, the Sangguniang Panlungsod Committee Chairman on Transportation.
