LGBTQ+ Most Wanted Arrested in Tabuelan Drug Cases

The police arrested a 37-year-old member of the LGBTQ+ community, considered the Top 7 Most Wanted Person in Cebu City, for illegal drug cases at 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 30, 2026, in Purok Santan, Barangay Olivo, Tabuelan town.

The arrested individual was identified as Jenecer Caminos Rulida, alias “Myka,” working as a water refilling attendant and a resident of the area. Alias Myka was arrested by the tracker team of Sawang Calero Police Station 6 of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO).

Warrant of Arrest

In an interview with SunStar Superbalita Cebu, Police Captain Noah Añana, chief of Sawang Calero Police Station, revealed that a warrant of arrest was issued against alias Myka after she failed to attend her hearings for cases related to Section 7 (Visiting a Drug Den) and Section 15 (Use of Dangerous Drugs).

According to Añana, after receiving information that the suspect was hiding in Tabuelan, they quickly launched an operation carrying the warrant of arrest issued by Judge Michael Maglasang Mernado Jr. of RTC Branch 8 in Cebu City on May 25, 2026. The court recommended no bail for her temporary liberty.

Peaceful Surrender

Myka peacefully surrendered while the police read her warrant. The operation was conducted smoothly without any incident.
