Ukraine Launches Massive Airstrike on Russia

Ukraine launched a massive airstrike against Russia, deploying over 200 drones that struck various targets around Moscow. The attack left 17 people injured, according to reports.

Russian Defense Response

The Russian defense ministry stated that it intercepted nearly 1,000 Ukrainian drones and four cruise missiles. However, an oil depot in southern Rostov was hit, resulting in one fatality.

Ukrainian President's Statement

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky said the airstrike was retaliation for Russia's attacks the previous week. This is considered the most severe Ukrainian airstrike on Russia in nearly four years of war.
