Over P2 million in cash incentives were released by the Cebu Provincial Government for medalists representing Cebu Province in the 2026 Central Visayas Regional Athletic Association (CVIRAA) Meet and the recently concluded Palarong Pambansa in Agusan del Sur.
Incentives Distribution Event
Under the leadership of Governor Pamela Baricuatro, the incentives were distributed to 654 student-athletes and coaches during a program held at the Department of Education (DepEd) Ecotech Center yesterday, Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
Governor's Commitment
In her message, Baricuatro assured that the Provincial Government will continue its support for sports programs that develop the skills of student-athletes in the province.
“I can assure you that the Cebu Provincial Government will continue to support athletes like you and our youth of Cebu,” Baricuatro said.
Future Plans
